CLARIFICATION NOTICE ON PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA FOR LIVEWELL COOKIE POLICIES

1. Subject

This clarification notice (“Text”) is to inform the users regarding the processing of their personal data shared with Livewell Giyilebilir Sağlık Ürün ve Hizmet ve Teknolojileri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“LiveWell”) during the access to Livewell’s websites, electronic platforms and applications within the scope of LiveWell Cookie Policies in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Law No.6698 ("Law").

2. LiveWell’s Data Processing Activity and Scope

2.1 Within the scope of LiveWell Cookie Policies; the following personal data of users, which are collected electronically by automatic methods during access to LiveWell's websites, electronic platforms and applications ("Platform"), are processed only in the presence of the user's explicit consent:

2.2 Personal data within the scope of LiveWell Cookie Policies are processed for the following purposes;

2.2.1 Ensuring the security of LiveWell's Platform,

2.2.2 Facilitating and customizing the use of LiveWell's Platform,

2.2.3 Measuring and increasing the performance of LiveWell’s Platform,

2.2.4 Delivering advertisements and similar content to users

2.3 Personal data processed within the scope of LiveWell Cookie Policies, in the presence of the explicit consent of the user, are transferred for the above purposes to the group companies residing in Turkey where LiveWell is an affiliate company.

3. The Rights of Users

Within the scope of Article 11 of the Law, Data Subject have the right to i) ascertain whether any personal data is processed or not; ii) request information related to the processed personal data, if processed; iii) ascertain the purpose of processing personal data, and whether this data is used in compliance with the(se) purpose(s); iv) identify third parties to whom the personal data is transferred within the country and/or abroad; v) request rectification if the personal data is processed in an unsatisfactory or incorrect manner; vi) request erasure or destruction of the personal data within the framework of Article 7 of the Law, in case the reasons for the processing of personal data disappear and there is no legal obstacle; vii) request to send notification of the operations on rectification or erasure/destruction/ anonymization to the third parties to whom the personal data had been transferred; viii) object to the processing of the personal data, exclusively by automatic means, which results to an unfavorable consequence for the Data Subject; and ix) claim compensation for the damages due to the unlawful processing of the personal data.

In order to exercise the aforementioned rights, the User shall convey his/her requests in writing, along with the information that will enable identification, to LiveWell through the following means of communication:

4. Scope

This Text covers the terms and conditions of the Livewell Personal Data Protection Policy published by LiveWell on the websites http://livewell.com.tr/ and http://cardiom.com.tr/tr.

Through the Clarification Text on Protection of Personal Data for Livewell Cookie Policies prepared by Livewell Giyilebilir Sağlık Ürün ve Hizmet ve Teknolojileri San. ve Tic. A.Ş. (“LiveWell”) within the scope of Personal Data Protection Law numbered 6698 (“Law”),

1. Which of my personal data are obtained through which methods by LiveWell; which are processed with which legal reasons and purposes; which are transferred to whom for which reasons and

2. My rights enumerated under Article 11 of the Law.

Within this scope, my personal data specified under this clarification text, to be processed in order to ensure the security of LiveWell's websites, electronic platforms and applications; facilitate and customize these Platforms; measure and increase their performances; deliver advertisements and similar content to users and to be transferred to the group companies residing in Turkey where LiveWell is an affiliate company.
